A lager is usually characterized by its fine balance between soft malt and fine hops. However, the brewers at Camba Bavaria wanted to breathe new life into their lager and therefore stuffed it with an extra portion of hops. The result is called Chiemsee HopLa and is dry-hopped with the aromatic hop varieties El Dorado, Perle and Tradition. Pilsner and Munich as well as caramel malt act as balancing factors. A real Bavarian lager yeast gives the final touch.

The hoppy lager from Chiemsee already shines with its appearance: in the glass it shines in a deep gold tone, a stately crown of dense-pored foam is enthroned on the delicately cloudy body. A bouquet of fruity hops dances in the nose and with notes of ripe, green gooseberries, lemongrass, citrus fruit and light malt, it makes you excited for the first sip. The initial taste is subtly balanced and absolutely refreshing: A symphony of smooth malt and fresh hops caresses the palate. After a few sips, the hops really turn up the heat and explode on the tongue with notes of grass, green umbels and sun-kissed citrus fruits. The bitterness is harmoniously coordinated and never gets the upper hand.

Cambas Chiemsee HopLa is a refreshing beer thirst quencher with a sparkling character and a plus of fine hops.

Intensiver Duft nach reifen Zitrusfrüchten, Schmeckt etwas malzig und intensiv hopfig, prickelende Kohlensäure, ein gutes hopfiges Lager
