It is clear that beer is as much a part of Bavaria as sweet mustard is a part of white sausage. You only realise how clear this is once you have been to Aying and spoken to the brewery boss Franz Inselkammer. With a lot of zest for life and passion, Inselkammer is a beer ambassador and ambassador of enjoyment in Bavaria. With a restaurant, brewery pub, brewery inn and brewery, he runs a unique ensemble of Bavarian hospitality and maintains the region's traditions with numerous events. The Aying private brewery is a hub of modern Bavarian life and boss Inselkammer points with a lot of passion to the roots of tradition, traditional costume and drinking in Bavaria.

The Ayinger private brewery places particular emphasis on the high quality of its ingredients for its excellent beer. One highlight is definitely the water used to brew the beer: it comes from the St. Andreas spring in Aying and is recognized as natural mineral water thanks to its nutrient composition. But the other raw materials also come from the Aying area. Only the best goes into the kettle at the Ayinger private brewery. The result is a wide range of 14 beer specialties that are recognized worldwide. In fact, the Ayinger private brewery has already received many awards.
