After we already have a brewery in our range that offers beers without a beard , we now have one that specializes in making beers with a beard. Fortunately, this sentence is seen as more of a symbol at Nook - so far we haven't been able to find a single hair in their brews. The beer's maker, however, is much more bearded than the beer. The boss and head brewer at Browar Nook has a large amount of facial hair that reaches down to his belly button and inspires him to all sorts of mischief every day.
Big dreams are a funny thing: They start small, quiet and inconspicuous, but then often develop into a dominant force that you can no longer ignore. Some dreams are like a beard. They start so sparsely that you almost want to give up on them, but then they pick up speed and show their full potential. But dreams can also be like a stubborn earworm. You catch a few notes and maybe forget them again shortly afterwards. But sometimes you can't get the melody out of your head for the rest of the day, the rest of the week or the whole month. That's more or less how it was when Browar Nook's founders first came up with ideas for his own beer. The trained brewer had already been in the beer industry for a few years when the voice in his head became louder and louder, urging him to finally brew his own beer. When he started dreaming about hops and malt, he could no longer write off the plans as nonsense and took action. Browar Nook was born and the first creations were launched in September 2018. From then on, the beers with beards were unstoppable.
The small team put their heart and soul together to put together the range. Because they like the image of the beard so much, the brewery works day after day to ensure that their very own story will one day have a long beard. New beers are constantly being added that are intended for the open-minded, cheerful and pleasure-loving people out there. The brews from Browar Nook are real gourmet beers and have their very own character. The name of the brewery is Esperanto and translates as something like cozy corner or retreat. Browar Nook brews beer that you can sit down in a quiet place with after a stressful day and enjoy life.
