Emelisse not only sells beer, but also celebrates the barley juice in its own restaurant. The brewed products are treated almost as a culinary art form and are very popular among Dutch craft beer fans as well as attracting international attention. Due to increasing demand, Emelisse has outsourced part of its production to Belgium.

Another specialty of the brewery are the barrel-aged beers such as the White Label series. These beers are stored for a year in old whiskey barrels, giving them their incomparable taste.
