Faller Konfitüren

Jams on the beer shelf? Yes! Faller jams bridge the gap between morning pints and breakfast jams and conquer the beer world with unique creations that combine the best of beer with heavenly jams. Beer before four? Definitely with Faller jams!

Tradition and quality

The roots of the Faller family business, which is steeped in tradition, lie in 1913: Therese and Alfred Faller ran a grocery store and sold regional fruits and berries, among other things. To prevent the unsold fruit from spoiling, Therese began to preserve it. In the traditional way, she processed the fruit into delicious jams in a copper kettle over an open fire and then sold them in her shop. She was a pioneer of the modern upcycling trend and a food saver for the very first generation. The jams, which were intended to be used to make leftovers, were very popular: everyone wanted a jar of Faller jam on the breakfast table in the morning. Therese expanded her range, bought a van and finally arranged for a jam factory to be built. This is still in family hands today: the Fallers built their success on Therese's carefully devised recipes and production in open copper kettles.

Craftsmanship to this day

The Faller family has the highest standards for their jams and therefore still relies on the tried and tested techniques that Therese used to make her jams. All jams are stirred by hand and therefore have to be cooked in small batches. This process is so gentle that the fruit can develop its own wonderful flavor. This natural aroma is only supported by sugar, apple pectin and lemon juice. But the flawless production and the incomparable quality are not the only things that make Faller jams special. The absolute highlight of the range are the beer jams. The good beer from the Rothaus Bier brewery is cooked in a copper kettle to make wonderful jam that will blow any beer drinker away. Treating yourself to beer in the morning is usually a rare option, but Faller's Tannenzäpfle Beer Jelly and Tannenzäpfle Hefe-Weizen Beer Jelly jams make it possible!
