Beer with a good mood from Bautzen! Frenzel Bräu is a young brewery that has been brewing down-to-earth, natural beers with heart and craftsmanship since 2006. The range is a colorful mix of traditional, innovative and creative. In addition to German classics, there are the finest craft beers and real exotic beers.
The Bautzen residents of Frenzel Bräu have taught themselves how to brew over the years. A passion for good beer has become a mission that the young guns pursue with great joy. Tobias, Thomas and Jürgen form the illustrious team and, with their combined forces, achieve the feat: each one plays to their best qualities and serves a sector of the company. Tobias is the organizer who takes care of the sales and management of the brewery project with great skill. He also likes to think up new, exciting types of beer, which Thomas then gets to put into practice. The brewer is the genius behind the kettle and swings the mash paddle with passion and heart and soul. The third in the group is Jürgen. He ensures that the brewery is always pure and clean. He is also responsible for bottling the beer. An important job, because without him the wonderful beer would not be on our shelves today. Together, the enthusiastic trio pursues a big goal: brewing beers that inspire.
In the early days of the brewery, one thing was all about learning by doing for Thomas, Jürgen and Tobias. With great enthusiasm for experimentation and motivation, the boys taught themselves how to brew. The plan worked: their natural beers were soon delighting the public. Even when the Spree overflowed its banks one day and flooded the brewery in the Spree-Pension with masses of water, the boys did not lose courage. Quite the opposite. They pulled themselves together and returned more successful than ever. Soon, demand exceeded the needs of the Spree-Pension and Frenzel Bräu was supplying far beyond the borders of Bautzen. The successful brewers drove as far as Berlin with their own beer truck, which is a hit even at the annual international Berlin Beer Festival.
Despite this steep career, Thomas, Tobias and Jürgen have not lost sight of their mission: the three of them make it their top priority to always produce wonderful beer.
