It looks a bit like one and is named after one of the main ingredients of beer, but it is a world first! HOPSTER is the world's first hop lemonade. A refreshing drink just the way we like it.

Hops equal beer?

Jonas Seidl, the brains and hands behind HOPSTER, fights against prejudices every day: "If it contains hops, it has to taste like beer" and "Hops only taste bitter" are probably the most common untruths that Jonas humorously and tastefully dispels with his creation HOPSTER. His hop lemonade does not taste like beer and is not beer. The only thing the two popular drinks share is hops. While hops provide a subtle bitter note in many beers, Jonas simply extracts the floral and fruity flavors from the hops to use in his lemonade. HOPSTER is a classic lemonade that is naturally alcohol-free and pleasantly sweet. The full-bodied flavor palette ranges from delicate fruit aromas to herbal and floral notes - all extracted from the hop varieties used.

Attention to detail

Making HOPSTER requires a lot of skill and passion. To get the wonderful variety of flavors out of the hop cones, the essential hop oil is pressed from the hop flowers and processed in this form. In harmonious interaction with the finest mineral water from the Kondrau Gerwig spring, the full magic of hops unfolds and creates an unparalleled refreshing drink. Jonas Seidl places particular emphasis on water when producing his HOPSTER. And not without reason, because he is a water sommelier. If anyone can find the right water for a perfectly sparkling, tangy lemonade, it is Jonas Seidl. Conveniently, he also comes from a water-mad family - the Seidls run the Kondrau mineral and medicinal spring and carry this passion from generation to generation.
