In the wide range of the Camba Brewery, a handcrafted IPA should of course not be missing. The India Pale Ale from Seeon is a delicately balanced beer with a strong 6.6% alcohol content and a refreshingly fruity character.
In the glass, the IPA is presented in a glowing gold tone. A stately crown of snow-white foam sits enthroned on the delicately clouded body, which smells seductively of fragrant elderflower, tangy lemongrass and juicy blood orange. A touch of oven-fresh biscuits round off the olfactory first impression and make you excited about the first sip. This reveals a drinkable beer with great fruit notes and a soft malt base. Camba’s IPA caresses the palate with a creamy texture and tickles the taste buds with notes of sun-ripened orange, exotic kiwi, candied mango and sweet and sour citrus fruits. The malt adds a fine sweetness and smooth aromas of honey and bread. A pleasant bitter and hoppy notes of pine resin and freshly cut herbs round off the play of aromas and make Camba’s IPA a real treat!
Thanks to its fruity palette of flavors, the IPA harmonizes wonderfully with spicy and spicy dishes. For example, a green curry with aromatic jasmine rice, fried shrimp, crunchy snow peas, fresh chilies and a handful of coriander goes pretty well with a refreshing beer.
