Many breweries have seasonal specialties in their range. The festival beer is a must here. Every year before Christmas, numerous breweries release fine, spicy and wintery festival beers that are intended to sweeten the Advent season for their customers. The Riedenburger Brauhaus also has such a festival beer.
The Riedenburger Festbier is brewed with ingredients from organic farming. The raw materials in Bioland quality are characterized by their fabulous taste and their good tolerability. Harmful substances and pesticides are not used in organic farming. The beer is also natural: unfiltered and unpasteurized, the festival beer flows into the glass in a wonderfully cloudy amber tone and shines magnificently copper-colored. A small, slightly tinted foam crowns the beer and exudes a festive scent of roasted malt, honey, caramelized nuts and Christmas spices. The initial taste reveals a medium body with balanced sweet and bitter notes. On the palate, the Riedenburger Festbier is creamy, soft and velvety: creamy caramel caresses the tongue, fine roasted malt, delicately melting chocolate notes and roasted almonds round off the aromatic play. Spicy honey and a potpourri of Christmas notes complement the taste. The finish is pleasantly bitter and malty.
The festival beer from the Riedenburger Brauhaus is a well-made winter beer that goes wonderfully with Christmas pastries, freshly baked baked apples and festive roasts. Spicy, sweet and round, it is the perfect companion for the cold days and comforts you even in January when there is slush, rain and icy cold.
