Old things are also back in the beer scene. More and more young craft breweries are reflecting on the roots of their craft and bringing out fresh interpretations of old classics alongside contemporary creations. The long-established breweries are happy because they just have to get on with what they have been doing for centuries.
Schinner from Bayreuth, for example, is one of these breweries. The brewery looks back on more than 150 years of history and brews beers based on the experience and expertise of this impressive period of time. A brew piece that has existed almost from the beginning is its primary substance. The light full beer in a bright golden yellow is a traditional light beer and combines mild hops with finely roasted malt.
