Franconia has an incomparable beer landscape: almost every village has its own brewery and you can find traditional, handcrafted beer on every corner. The region was able to preserve the wealth of breweries of the past and to this day maintains a lively, diverse and varied beer culture. The Meister brewery from Unterzaunsbach near Pretzfeld is also part of this pleasure network. The Upper Franconian team contributes a handful of down-to-earth creations that are made with passion and heart and soul to the beer variety.
One of the most popular brews from the small brewery is the full beer. The delicacy brings a pleasant 4.9% alcohol content to the table and presents itself in an irresistible old gold with a stable, dense-pored foam crown in off-white. A malty bouquet delivers sunny grain notes and a sweet hint of caramel - an unbeatable combination that is noticeable in both the scent and the taste.
The full beer is a tasty brew that brings the day to a relaxed and tasty end. Thanks to its balance, the fine drop goes wonderfully with Franconian cuisine. Our favorite with Meister'schen Vollbier are freshly grilled bratwurst with sauerkraut, a slice of caraway bread from the stone oven and a generous dollop of mustard.
Whether with culinary accompaniment or without - enjoy the good full beer from Unterzaunsbach!
