Summer is beer garden time, we all agree on that. As soon as the sun sends out its first warm rays and the fresh vegetation sprouts, beer gardens and cellars everywhere open their doors. In Bavaria in particular, there is a real beer garden culture: freshly brewed beer was stored in rock cellars at a stable temperature and the landlords served the good beer in the anteroom or above.
