The average delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. 90% of all our packages reach our customers the next day. Around 99% of all orders are delivered within two working days.
If longer delivery times are stated on the product page, this means that we order the goods directly from the supplier for you and the delivery period is extended accordingly.

In order to ship our beers to you in the best possible way, we only use sustainable shipping boxes. We also consciously avoid using plastic film to ensure the beers are shatter-proof packaged. 100% recyclable cardboard compartments make optimal use of the space in each box and ensure shatter-proof shipping.
We then seal our packages with a 100% plastic-free paper tape. The high-quality and ecological paper tape seals each package securely for shipping with its very good adhesive strength. So you don't need to worry that your package won't arrive safely packaged.

Regardless of whether you have chosen a beer, beer package or voucher - it is easy to pick up and you save some of the shipping costs. When you are in one of our Bierothek® branches, we can offer you free advice on the products you have purchased or inform you about other beer specialties. Since this logistics process also involves effort, the cost of picking up from the branch is €4.90 per order.
