Lake Life is the perfect companion for a hot summer day. Camba’s master brewer edition number 38 is just as refreshing as a dip in the lake and the perfect cooling off when the temperatures on the thermometer soar.
With Lake Life, the Camba brewery presents us with its very own interpretation of a Belgian Style Ales. The Belgian answer to the ale combines a crunchy bitterness with fine malt and a wide range of elegant hop notes. Brewmaster Andre Billers Lake Life flows into the glass in a bright, sunny yellow. The loose head of foam rounds off the optical first impression perfectly. The nose gives a foretaste of the refreshing taste with fruity citrus notes. In the initial taste, Lake Life starts with wonderful freshness, which is created by the tangy, delicately integrated carbon dioxide. It literally tingles on the tongue. Then Lake Life plays with its deeper full beer aromas, which meet fruity notes of mango and lime on the palate. The aroma hops Azacca, Citra and Crystal are responsible for the fresh fruitiness as well as for the wonderful bitterness in the aftertaste.
The alcohol content is just as light as the bitterness of this beer and is 4.7%. Lake Life is a feather-light companion for the summer and the perfect refreshment when you don’t have a lake at your disposal.
