The Bamberg brewery Keesmann is best known for its excellent Herrenpils . But in addition to the classic, the long-established institution of the cathedral city also brews an excellent light. The delicately spicy Franconian is enjoyed far beyond the borders of the world cultural heritage and delights beer drinkers from near and far. We like to drink our Bamberg favorite for grilling: the Helle goes wonderfully with tender chicken or a fine grilled sausage with hearty mustard and sauerkraut. But also grilled vegetables with a little olive oil and Mediterranean herbs complement the taste palette of the beer well.
The light is already convincing with its optics: crystal clear and the color of liquid gold, the light Keesmann flows into the glass. A large amount of snow-white foam crowns the beer and invites you to take a first sip. And the scent that is brought out by the pleasantly dosed carbon dioxide is also tempting: the nose of roasted malt meets freshly mown grass, subtle citrus fruit and spicy herbs. The first taste shows the light-footed and at the same time strong body, soft malt notes caress the palate with a beautiful sweetness. In addition to a subtle acidity, a strong bitterness builds up, which increases to the finish.
The light from Keesmann is a traditionally brewed classic with subtly balanced flavors and wonderful spice.
