600 years of brewing tradition. that you can taste!
The Riegele brewery is one of the oldest family-run breweries and a traditional business through and through. The Riegele family is running the brewery in the 28th generation and has made the leap from the traditional past to the present. Old recipes, real craftsmanship and a wealth of specialist knowledge are the tools that have always led Brauhaus Riegele to success. And the excellent beers of course!
Especially in the beer business, it is important to know how to combine tradition and innovation. However, the wheel does not have to be reinvented. With a lot of expertise and insight into the constantly growing market, the Riegeles interpret old beer classics and turn them into completely new highlights. This also happened with the dark bock beer. Your Speciator dark is a modern version of the bock beer, which has a centuries-old tradition, especially in Germany.
The Speciator dark presents itself in a deep, dark mahogany tone in the glass and shows shiny reflections in wonderful chestnut tones when the light hits it. A creamy, hazelnut brown head tops the beer and exudes a range of wonderful malt notes. Freshly brewed coffee meets soft caramel on the nose, a hint of dried red fruits complement the scent. On the palate, the dark Speziator has a malty accent: a strong, full-bodied sweetness washes over the palate and brings with it a number of dark notes. Caramel, red dried fruit, roasted nuts, fresh coffee and delicately melting chocolate pamper the tongue.
The Speciator dark is an excellent celebration beer that tops off every evening.
