Spring is a glorious time. The first warm days tempt you with the sun and mild air to take a lunch break outside. It is green and blooming everywhere, a wonderful scent pervades the world and the birds are chirping exuberantly from the roofs of the city. Spring festivals are taking place everywhere, May is greeted with a dance and the general mood is lightening. We feel like getting on the bike, opening the barbecue season and finally going back to the beer cellar!
The right brew for such spring-like activities is the Laue Lenz from Finne. The Münster brewery calls for a relaxed start to the new season and gives us the fluffy, fluffy bock right away.
The Laue Lenz slouches in a cozy gold tone in the glass and crowns itself with an impressive amount of fluffy foam in pure white. The almost clear beer exudes a gentle scent of spring meadows, orange peel, oven-fresh cookies and honey. The sip seamlessly continues this excellent first impression, tickling the taste buds with a potpourri of caramelized nuts, toffee, honey bread, candied orange, oatcakes and strawy malt. A subtly bitter finish rounds off the beer enjoyment in an atmospheric way and makes you thirsty for the next bottle.
Here’s to spring!
