We all love series. When we have too much time on our hands at the weekend or can’t fall asleep in the evening, we watch one episode after the other and let ourselves be transported to another world for a while. We immerse ourselves in the story, get to know the protagonists, let ourselves be carried away by intrigues, laugh and suffer with the actors on the screen and look forward to solving exciting cases. For some time now there have been series that invite you on a culinary journey: more and more breweries are exploring beery series.
One of them is BrewDog. The craft brewery team likes to brew in series and has already produced some success stories. Berlin Pilot, for example. The strip now has almost 40 parts and every single brewing piece is a hit.
Berlin Pilot #33 is called Über Weizen and will captivate you with classic wheat aromas and a surprising hop twist. Cold hopping is used to extract maximum flavor from the hop varieties Citra, Mosaic and Talus. The unconventional wheat beer brings a gentle symphony of ripe banana, sweet grain, tangy citrus fruit, oven-fresh bread and creamy toffee into the glass and is light-footed, mildly bitter and delicately balanced.
Be careful, addictive potential!
Water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, yeast.
