The final touch is then given to the brew in the course of cask aging. The team spent a long time looking for the perfect housing for their beer and only when they found the right rye whiskey casks did they start brewing. The brew matured in the barrels for half a year and owes its cedar, apple, spice and tobacco notes to them.
