You have to be a true hop artist to harmoniously balance the individual components and not create a beer that is too sweet or too bitter.
The brewers at the Danish brewery Bad Seed Brewing are real hopheads and juggle the green gold with great skill and playful ease. The best proof of their expertise is their dry-hopped New England Double IPA Doo-Wop. The tasty hop bomb is hopped and stuffed with the varieties Mosaic Cryo, Idaho-7 Cryo and Simcoe.
The subtly balanced beer comes in a warm honey gold and is crowned with a delicate veil of fragrant foam. The aroma of sun-kissed peaches fills the air and promises great pleasure. The initial taste follows this example and tastes of ripe vineyard peaches. Gradually, notes of light grapes, tropical fruit and spicy pine resin are added. The bitter acts as a cleverly placed opponent for the juicy sweetness and rounds off the beer perfectly.
