Tomorrow Never Knows is not only a song by what is probably the first and most influential boy band in the world, but also a pretty tasty New England Session IPA from Bad Seed Brewing.
Inspired by the psychedelic atmosphere of the song, the brewers have created a beer that is ecstatically fruity and delightfully juicy. The hop varieties Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe, with which the beer was hopped and fortified, are responsible for this exuberant fruity character.
The culinary delight flows into the glass in a heavily clouded straw yellow, the airy foam crown is of a rather fleeting nature and quickly leaves room for the olfactory play of colours: A bouquet of sun-kissed orange, exotic papaya and golden mango rises into the air and fills the room with joyful anticipation . The first drink more than lives up to this expectation: velvety soft and fruity sweet, the beer caresses the palate and refreshes with a symphony of tropical fruit and hoppy herbal notes. Tomorrow Never Knows is a mild India Pale Ale that creates a summer mood with its juiciness and light-footed body. The beer is hoppy, but is restrained in terms of bitterness and focuses on the fruit.
Wonderfully tasty and just the right beer for a barbecue and after work!
