We think that this IPA is an extremely successful representative of its kind and, thanks to the masterful hop skills of Musa, is ultra drinkable.
Musa recommends exotic cuisine for her IPA. Spicy Indian curry, Thai or Mexican burritos with lots of coriander and fresh chilli are the perfect accompaniments to hops. But the down-to-earth Portuguese cuisine also goes with it.
