The creative master brewer likes to break the horizon of experienced beer connoisseurs with his crazy creations. The Franconian doesn’t stop at anything and isn’t afraid to use unusual ingredients for his beers. The cucumber Gose is from his pen and also the pumpkin beer Drunkin ’Pumpkin and a gin bock come from the small brewery. So it’s not really surprising that David makes a gin with hops. The noble drink enchants with the conventional gin aroma and also boasts an irresistible hop note that goes wonderfully with the spicy juniper.
