A machine in every respect.
In the fight against the spread of mass-produced industrial beers, you have to bring in the hard guns: The small brewery Mashsee from Hanover chooses its Mashine IPL to tastefully combat run-of-the-mill beer.
An IPL is an India Pale Lager that contains significantly more hops than traditional lager. It is distinguished from an IPA primarily by the yeast used; as a rule, an IPL is fermented with lager yeast instead of ale yeast. The IPL is a modern interpretation of the classic lager that is slightly more complex and crunchy than its original thanks to increased hop content. Mashsee's Mashine IPA comes in a slightly cloudy brass tone and forms an impressive head of foam. A scent potpourri of malty and hoppy notes rises from the creamy, persistent foam. Pine resin and grapefruit, melon and lime represent the hops, the malt appears discreetly in the background. The initial taste presents a nice, dry hop bitterness, which is initially accompanied by a tropical fruitiness. As you enjoy drinking, the bitterness increases; fruity notes of melon, lime and pine resin only appear sporadically.
If you want to surprise your palate with a slightly different kind of lager, we recommend the Mashine IPL from Mashsee! Refreshingly different and extremely tasty!
