Michala, a traditional, cloudy cellar beer like you want. Everyone in Franconia knows that Mike from Nikl Bräu makes good beer. Thanks to Michala, we now know that it turns a traditional and down-to-earth beer like Kellerbier into a real highlight.
Michala already likes it when pouring it: it pours into the glass in a beautiful, slightly cloudy amber color, and a firm head of foam completes the picture. At the same time, a pleasant malty scent hits your nose, which promises a wonderful taste. The initial taste does not disappoint: the beer hits the tongue full-bodied and develops a fine malt sweetness with light roasted aromas.
For Michala we recommend a real Franconian snack with good sourdough bread, homemade sausage, backstaakäs with music and of course a pickle. Simple, uncomplicated, Franconian – in short, the perfect after-work beer!
If you would like to see how our experts rate Michala, you can take part in the virtual beer seminar. In the video below, various beers are tested by Bierothek® founder and beer specialist Christian Klemenz and beer maker Max Kaiser. Very entertaining and informative, especially for fans of stronger beers.
