The Bavarian joie de vivre bottled.
The wide range of the Riedenburger Brauhaus includes classics such as the historic Emmer beer and specialties such as the Dolden Sud IPA as well as a number of seasonally brewed festival beers. A favorite among these is Viva Bavaria.
The naturally cloudy beer is made with natural cone hops from the Hallertau and otherwise only contains good quality: both the hops and the malt used come from organic farming by Bioland farmers. These precious raw materials are processed into fine beer with the greatest care and traditional craftsmanship. The result is a chestnut-red beer with a small head that exudes tempting scents of freshly baked bread, sweet malt, caramel, candied fruits and subtle hops. The initial taste harmonizes with the olfactory first impression and caresses the palate with soft aromas of roasted malt, melt-in-the-mouth caramel, orange jam and grainy bread. The hops accentuate the malty symphony with subtle notes of spicy forest honey and herbs, and it also contributes a crunchy hop bitterness that increases nicely until the finish. The finish is soft, malty and tastes like caramel, the bitter rounds off the play of aromas and makes you want another bottle.
The Viva Bavaria festival beer from the Riedenburger Brauhaus is a feast for the senses and the perfect companion for large and small festivities. Whether it’s a milestone birthday or just a Monday evening - Viva Bavaria always tastes good!
