An extremely cozy beer.
This is the motto that Tilman had in mind when he developed his pale ale. Or maybe it’s a treacherous plan to plant a catchy tune in our heads that we’ll never get rid of. You never know with the creative brewer Tilman. What we do know is that every one of his beers is a hit.
Pale Ale is all about the hops. It has its roots in 18th century England and is traditionally brewed with lots of hops. It was of course clear that Tilman was not satisfied with imitating a classic beer style. That’s why the creative brewer from Bavaria simply went one step further. When it comes to his Pale Ale, he based his beer style on the American version, which contains a little more hops than the British version. The highlight of the pale ale from Tilmans Biere is that the brewer uses a different type of hop for each brew. So Tilman can let off steam and his fans experience their hoppy wonder with every new batch of pale ale. To further boost the fruitiness of the hops, Tilman also uses an American ale yeast strain. The result is a fruity beer that is pleasantly mild and infinitely hoppy.
Hops, hops, hops - Tilman’s Pale Ale is a hop wonder that tastes best in a cozy atmosphere with friends!
