May we introduce: Bianca. Bianca is an amber lager that delights beer lovers worldwide with its balanced range of flavors.
Hohmanns Brauhaus, located in Fulda, is known for its reinterpretation of old, long-forgotten beer styles and its creative beer creations. Expertise, courage and the joy of experimenting pay off: Hohmanns Brauhaus has already won one or two awards for its creations and Bianca has also won an award. The bottom-fermented beer was awarded a gold medal from the Frankfurt International Trophy in 2019. But we love Bianca not only because she is famous, but above all because of her fantastic taste and attractive appearance.
Bianca flows into the glass in a red-gold amber tone and forms a steady, beige head of foam. Soft caramel notes and the scent of freshly roasted malt rise from the foamy head. The initial taste is also nice and malty. Warm caramel, candied red berries, lots of grains and a hint of roasted nuts meet on the tongue. From the mild initial taste, Bianca leads elegantly through a malty sweetness to a dry, full-bodied finish. A lively carbon dioxide makes the silky, soft beer tingle.
Bianca is a red beauty with delicate mildness and fine flavor nuances that we particularly enjoy with sweet desserts. Thanks to its lovely sweetness, Bianca is the perfect accompaniment to a heavy dessert.
