Based on this legendary cocktail, the brewers of the Munich Brew Mafia have created a beer. In order to get as close as possible to the unmistakable taste, lemon, lime, ginger, lemongrass and a range of spices and herbs were used for Gintasia in addition to the usual suspects. The result is a full-bodied beer with wonderfully spicy flavor and the character of a gin and tonic.

Gintasia flows into the glass in a cloudy gold tone and adorns itself with a crown of white foam. The scent of gin and tonic mixes in the nose with a hint of malt and makes you excited about the first sip. This presents a beer with an unusual palette of flavors: the fine tart taste of hops and the subtle malt sweetness are accompanied by exciting notes of herbs, ginger, strong juniper and tangy lime. The loose, flaky body and mouthfeel resemble the gin and tonic on the hair.
