Bavarian Job is a Bavarian interpretation of India Pale Ale from Munich Brew Mafia. Her brew is so popular that there are now several editions .
The latest Bavarian Job is number four in the series and is brewed with the hop varieties Sissi and Polaris. Both are still quite young and bring their very own taste nuances to beer. Polaris is characterized by its floral profile that combines elegant floral notes with fruity undertones, powerful spice, pine and mint. Sissi is fruity and delivers sunny notes of passion fruit, citrus fruit, gooseberry and red currant. Together they really stir up Munich Brew Mafia’s IPS.
The hoppy total work of art brings an impressive 6.2% alcohol content and a reddish shimmering copper gold into the glass. A composition of pastries and fresh fruit rises from the firm, fine-pored foam crown in slightly off-white. The initial taste is peppered with fruit notes of all kinds and attacks the tongue with melon, strawberry and various citrus fruits. Hints of freshly mown grass and creamy caramel as well as the subtle bitterness round off the taste explosion.
