La Dolce Vita is an Italian expression that describes the sweet life. When people talk about the sweet life in Italy, they mean excellent, home-made food from mom’s kitchen, good wine, sugary desserts for dessert, coffee from the portafilter machine, a nap at lunch, weeks of vacation by the sea in the hot summer months, fresh figs directly from the tree, to ring in the end of the day with an aperitif and snacks in the bar and to sit with your best friends until late into the night with good food and matching drinks and reflect on God and the world. Italians are said to have a certain penchant for enjoyment, which we absolutely cannot blame them for.
The Munich Brew Mafia may not come from the land of pleasure, but it has a certain longing for Italy, which is reflected not only in its name, but also in countless brews. One of the most current is La Dolce Vita: This Italian-inspired Märzenbock ensures a pleasant drinking pleasure with full-bodied malt, creamy caramel, candied dark fruits, honey and herbal notes as well as a touch of tropical fruit.
La Dolce Vita was created in collaboration with the Croatian brewery Varionica and was brewed separately in both breweries. Our version was made by the Munich Brew Mafia team.
