The following situation: Thick raindrops fall tirelessly from the sky, the world consists almost exclusively of deep puddles and everything is wet. The brewers behind the Superfreunde label have come up with a beer for days like this: Bad Weather Friends.
The relaxed camp is our first choice on rainy autumn days, uncomfortable winter days, unusually wet summer days and April weather. With 4.9% alcohol content, it doesn't have too much of an impact and its refreshing, drinkable character makes it the perfect snack between meals.
Bad Weather Friends flows into the glass in a shimmering gold tone and is minimally cloudy. A good amount of airy, white foam crowns the beer and exudes a fine balance of hops and malt. On the nose, sun-dried straw meets roasted grain, freshly mown grass and a delicate citrus aroma. The initial taste reveals a light-footed beer that is almost too drinkable. Delicious aromas of citrus fruits, freshly baked cookies, light malt and ripe stone fruit caress the palate in a light, flaky manner. The taste is subtly sweet and pleasantly dry. The sparkling carbon dioxide allows the aromas to dance on the tongue and gives the beer additional lightness.
Before you let bad weather spoil your mood, treat yourself to a delicious Bad Weather Friends from Superfreunde.
