The hip family brewery has a handpicked selection of the finest beers on offer and understands both the brewing of creative craft beers and the production of the finest Franconian classics.
The cellar beer is such a classic and we brew it with the highly aromatic Ariana hop variety from Biohof Friedrich. To give the beer an extra kick of hops, it is also stuffed with Ariana. This technique transports the hops into the beer in all their glory without increasing the bitterness too much. The result of this hoppy top performance is a wonderfully balanced cellar beer that shines with notes of tart grapefruit, juicy currant and spicy vanilla.
Orcas Kellerbier flows into the glass in a cloudy amber tone and is adorned with a crown of volatile, white foam. The beer smells fine of dewy forest, red berries and exotic vanilla. The initial drink presents a light, fresh beer with clean taste nuances. With mild sweetness, notes of currants and other wild berries caress the palate, a touch of caramel malt and the tart aromas of pink grapefruit round off the taste experience. An idea of vanilla adds a fine flavor.
