Mental cinema is a phenomenon that can bring us joy and suffering in equal measure. At best, we indulge in vivid memories of past adventures, imagine wonderful images of future trips, or fantasize about what it would be like if a very specific person returned our ardent affection. But it can also be that our brain torments us with terribly real illusions about illness, arguments, death and all sorts of uncomfortable fictional situations.
In the case of the head cinema from Orca Brau, it is fortunately something wonderful: their Imperial Saison is a culinary mirage that will make you dream with a crisp 8.0% and a bouquet of sun-kissed citrus fruit, creamy blossom honey and aromatic hops brings.
The delicacy was created in collaboration with the Tisane restaurant in Nuremberg. Together with René Stein, the restaurant’s Michelin-starred chef, the brewery has created a fine wine that goes perfectly with the sophisticated cuisine. However, thanks to its cleverly balanced aroma and the complex character formed by the long maturation period, the Saison is a real treat even without any accompaniment. The hand-picked raw materials include the finest aromatic hops, a wealth of special malts and Belgian yeast, which brings all components together and creates a very special drinking experience.
