The term "Godmode" has many meanings. In the context of video games, it refers to a cheat that gives the character eternal life and invincible powers using a numerical code. Some operating systems have a hidden function with this name that allows the user to control all system settings from a central control point. Godmode is also the title of an album by an American rock band, a tool for working with artificial intelligence, and part of the Pandemic Series from Atelier Vrai.

At this point, we’re going to focus on the latter: the culinary interpretation of the term Godmode is an expressive Double New England IPA, which impresses with a massive 7.8% alcohol content and a wonderfully juicy taste.

The double NEIPA flows into the glass in a densely cloudy straw yellow and is crowned with a fluffy cap of airy foam. The scent of sparkling white wine mixes with a breeze of pine resin in the nose and makes you excited for the first sip. The first sip reveals a powerful body with a grippy texture and a whole basket of different fruit notes. While the Citra hop variety contributes a range of sweet and sour citrus notes, Nelson Sauvin delivers aromas of freshly harvested white grapes and green gooseberries. An alcoholic warmth and a crisp bitterness harmoniously round off the beer pleasure.
