When two worlds collide, it can mean two things: Either pure chaos breaks out or something wonderful arises.
In the case of Worlds Collide from Schwarze Rose, the latter applies. The Mainz-based people who love to experiment have created a Sour IPA and combined it with sour beer and hop bomb. Dared and won. The extraordinary IPA inspires with full hops and a fantastic sour note, which picks up the fruity hops and raises them to cloud nine. Worlds Collide is an extremely tangy IPA with sparkling carbon dioxide and a feather-light character. The acidity gives the IPA a real kick and makes Worlds Collide a special beer enjoyment.
The new addition to Schwarze Rose flows into the glass in a golden robe and wears a fleeting crown of white foam on its slightly cloudy body. The lively carbonic acid brings out an enticing scent of tangy fruit. The special acidity is already noticeable olfactory. The initial taste inspires with soft caramel malt notes, spicy yeast and delicate sweetness. On this basis, a hops bouquet blooms that tastes of fresh herbs, pine resin, fragrant hay and a whole lot of juicy fruits. A hint of lemon is the perfect transition, because after a short time the wonderful acidity spreads and underlines the hoppy aroma play with crisp freshness. The finish rounds off the enjoyment experience with dry acidity and mild, fruity sweetness.
