When it comes to pils, the great uncle of the Autenrieder Schlossbräus is a real pioneer. When Alois Rudolph went rolling in 1905, the Pilsener was still largely unknown in Bavaria. On his journey, the young brewer came to Pilsen, among other places. In the hometown of Pils, Alois learned to appreciate the new beer style and decided to make the Pilsener in his brewery too. This made him one of the first in Swabia to have a beer in its range.

In honor of Alois and his courage, his successors have created a beer for him. Of course the beer is a pilsner, but to top it all off, the Feuchtmayrs have come up with an Imperial Pilsner. The beer is characterized by its intense flavor and high hops content.

The Alois memorial beer flows into the glass in gleaming amber gold and crowns itself with a handsome crown of snow-white foam, which is fed by incessantly sparkling carbonic acid. If you close your eyes, the scent makes you feel as if you were standing in the deep grass of a blooming summer meadow: the aroma of freshly mown grass combines in the nose with the sweet touch of delicate summer blossoms. The taste follows this scheme and delights the palate with wonderful freshness, floral hops and crunchy bitterness.
