Craft brewers are usually passionate people, so the current situation in Ukraine has not left them untouched either. To express their solidarity and support the people of Ukraine, many brewers do what they do best: brew. The Craftbeer Lodge team also opted for a support beer and quickly brewed a Solidarity Pils. For every bottle sold, 1 euro is donated to humanitarian organizations and for the reconstruction of the country’s beer culture.
The PEACE PLEASE PILS is a dry-hopped interpretation of a classic Pilsner and differs from its conventional counterparts thanks to an extra portion of hops. The beer specialty, refined with the Callista hop variety, presents itself in a delicate light yellow and is crowned with an impressive crown of dense-pored, white foam. The fruity bouquet of strawberry, passion fruit, pear and orange in the scent continues one-to-one in the taste and caresses the palate with a tingling fruitiness. The Pils has a slim body and pleases with its tasty and refreshing character. The hoppy pilsner enjoyment leads to a finish that is fresh and fruity as well as tart and crispy bitter.
