"Ergo bibamus" is an old Latin exclamation that we are only too happy to follow. The famous "So let us drink!" can be found not only in countless popular songs and drinking songs, it is also the name of a well-known poem that Johann Wolfgang von Goethe wrote in honor of Louise, Duchess of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. He wrote it on the occasion of her birthday. It was later set to music by various composers and musicians who skillfully created suitable melodies for the cheerful text.
The team at the brewery of the same name was also creative when they created the recipe for their non-alcoholic beer through research and experimentation. Tristan and Robert wanted to shake up the Munich beer scene with a beer with no alcohol and set themselves the goal of combining the brewing skills of their ancestors with innovative ideas, raw materials and recipes. They recently released their first brew and are putting their concept to the test.
Ergo Bibamus is a refreshing beer that combines Bavarian craftsmanship with taste and health benefits: the non-alcoholic brew is leaner and lower in calories than alcoholic beers, scores points with its isotonic properties and is produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. This fine tipple allows you to drink a cold beer in good company despite abstaining from alcohol.
