The team from the Kundmüller brewery in Weiher was chosen as the craft brewers of the year in 2020. With their wide range of sophisticated craft beers, they clearly deserve this award. But the Franconian brewers not only produce modern craft beer, the classics from Kundmüller are real beer specialties too.
To meet the needs of all beer connoisseurs, the brewery has added a selection of non-alcoholic beers to its range. The alcohol-free wheat is particularly popular. It is characterized by its refreshing character and, thanks to its isotonic properties, is the perfect beer after exercise. But the palatable light can also be enjoyed without prior exercise.
The Weiherer Weizen alcohol-free flows in yeast-cloudy amber into the glass and shimmers with a light coppery shimmer. A stately crown of snow-white, airy foam sits enthroned on the dark golden beer and exudes a seductive scent of tangy citrus fruits and spicy yeast. The initial taste presents a slim, light-footed body with a fine aroma. The basis is the classic wheat notes: ripe banana, light malt and a hint of clove caress the palate soft and creamy. A whole palette of tangy citrus flavors provides an extra portion of refreshment, giving the here pizzazz and lightness. The finish is wonderfully dry and forms the perfect finish.
