Big Little Thing is a beer that not only proves the Sierra Nevada Brewery’s fine art of brewing, but also its big heart. With this beer, the brewers would like to point out the importance of music in our lives and draw attention to actions that musician friends set up for their communities. Music and beer not only go well together, they also have a lot in common: They connect people, are the ideal companions for mild summer evenings and have countless fans.
Big Little Things pays homage to all musicians out there. You are changing the world and making it a better place!
The juicy Imperial IPA has a powerful 9.0% alcohol content and also scores well in terms of bitter units. These numbers give the impression that Big Little Thing is a violent beer creation, but the sophisticated brewing technology transforms the beer into a tamed beast with a dangerously drinkable character. The malt sweetness has been reduced to a feather-light minimum, while the hop aromas have been maximized through dry hopping. Big Little Thing delivers a taste profile that is composed of tangy citrus notes, spicy pine resin, hints of juicy tropical fruit, bread-like malt and aromas of green hops. The texture is creamy and caresses the palate in a velvety-soft manner. A long-lasting finish completes the beer enjoyment appropriately.
