The Pils is a classic that has been brewed since the middle of the 19th century and is enjoyed all over the world. In many parts of Germany, Pilsner is still the beer with the highest output and the favorite of many. We can understand the enthusiasm for the tart, bitter and dry brew, even if the countless creations of the craft beer movement always lure us in other directions. However, if we choose a Pilsner, then we would like to go with one of the brews from the Trumer private brewery. The Austrian team is one of the leading Pilsner experts and offers a whole range of different interpretations of the traditional beer.
The flagship of the range is the Trumer Pils. The brew contains 4.9% alcohol content and is brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. In contrast to many breweries, Trumer only uses natural hops. The beer is fermented in open vats and matures in peace to create a light-footed pleasure that captivates us with its elegance and particularly dry character.
The award-winning delicacy shines in a sunny gold tone in the glass and has a magnificent head of foam on the crystal-clear body. Floral hop notes dominate the scent and taste and, in addition to the aroma, also contribute a straightforward, clean bitterness. A sparkling carbon dioxide rounds off the pleasure.
