白-Shiro-
The Japanese brewery COEDO creates its beers according to a sophisticated color concept: Each beer represents one of the diverse colors of Japan and is therefore a homage to the Asian country and its rich culture.
The Japanese word Shiro stands for the color white. To match this, the brewers have developed a beer that has a milky white color that is typical of the style. The Hefeweizen from Japan contains specially selected yeasts that were chosen for their flavor-enhancing effect. The mushroom is able to bring out and accentuate the sweet flavors of the malt, which range from caramel to brown sugar to freshly baked bread. Fruity notes reminiscent of banana bread complement the roasted malt flavors beautifully. The name suits the beer in two ways: On the one hand, it is clear and bright. The name also captures the extraordinary gentleness of the character. Shiro is particularly comfortable and uniquely smooth. The qualities of this beer were not only noticed by us, COEDO's Shiro has won many awards and has won numerous international awards.
Due to the natural yeast in Hefeweizen, it is normal for the beer to be cloudy and have floating yeast particles. Ideally, you should store the beer upright and drink it well chilled.
