There are occasions that call for a wonderfully drinkable India Pale Ale . The hoppy beer brings a juicy, fruity and crispy bitter character to your glass and not only quenches your thirst but also refreshes you. A good IPA provides the perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness and bitterness and elicits every subtle nuance of flavor from the hops. Resourceful brewers have developed a number of techniques to conjure up maximum hop aroma in beer while keeping bitterness under control.
The brewers at the Little Rain Brewing Company are true magicians when it comes to dealing with hops. The Spaniards come from Barcelona and only founded their brewery in 2021. The brewers compensate for the lack of professional experience with impressive expertise in the field of hops. The motto of the brewery is not for nothing "We Love Hops".
The range of the craft brewery consists of a tasty range of masterful IPAs. There are a few exceptions between the hop-heavy creations, but the brewery’s passion is clearly fabulous IPAs. One of our favorites at Little Rains is Green River. The skilful India Pale Ale has a strong 7.2% alcohol content and will wrap you around its finger with its subtly composed taste profile!
