A particularly elegant and noble beer from Rebel Brewing is Tudor. The bottom-fermented specialty from the Czech Republic is fermented by means of open fermentation and then stored at low temperatures in the brewery’s cellars with a lot of rest and time. This process deepens the complexity and flavor density of the beer and rounds it off into a harmonious drink.
Tudor brings a gentle 4.4% alcohol content into the glass and shines there in a crystal-clear gold. A stately crown of airy, pure white foam sits enthroned on the decorative beer. A classic scent of soft malt, freshly mown grass and finely acidic fruit fills the air and makes you thirsty at the first sip. The initial sip reveals a slim body with a refreshing character and sparkling carbonic acid. The taste profile is composed of oven-fresh bread, aromatic honey, creamy caramel and lightly roasted cereals. After a few velvety sips, the hops join in and enrich the aromas with earthy, spicy notes and a subtly coordinated bitterness that perfectly balances the malt.
The Pilsner from Rebel Brewing is a classic representative of its kind and the ideal beer for relaxed, uncomplicated occasions.
