Florida is a place on the Gulf of Mexico. Most parts of the state have a tropical climate and warm temperatures all year round. The flora is accordingly lush and there are mangrove forests, coral reefs and beautiful beaches.
Like all breweries, the Florida Brewery also wants to adapt its beer specialties to the needs of its customers. With the average temperatures in their home country, which are between 15 degrees in January and 27 degrees in July and August, this means lighter, drinkable beers. When the thermometer rises and the humidity rises, you don’t want heavy, bulky beers with high malt content and intense, complex aromas. Instead, they resort to variants that contain less alcohol and are generally lean and mild. The Polar Pilsener from the Florida Brewery was designed for warmer climates and impresses with tropical hints, high drinkability and a feather-light body.
The Floridian Pilsner flows into the glass in crystal-clear gold and is adorned with a delicate veil of white foam. A beautiful hop flower rises in the nose and makes you want to drink. This reveals a delicate beer with a tasty character. The Polar Pilsener is the perfect refreshment on hot days and sends you to the white beaches of Florida for some delicious moments.
