Oven-fresh brioche with sesame, homemade mayo, a dollop of mustard, finely diced onions, thick slices of pickles, crisp lettuce, crispy bacon, tangy cheese and, to top it off, a patty of juicy beef that is still tender on the inside? Yes, please! The 2085 Brewery loves sandwiches just like all of us and has created the perfect drink for them: Their fine Czech Pilsner is made using the original brewing method and, thanks to its unpretentious character and strong bitterness, harmonises wonderfully with burgers of all kinds.
2085-1 is traditionally presented in shiny, crystal-clear gold. The stable head of foam sends a composition of soft malt and grassy hops into the air. The first sip reveals a slim body and opens the beer enjoyment with velvety grain and fruity hints. The hops step in after a few sips and deliver herbs, grass, tobacco, hay, soft citrus notes and a pleasantly dry bitterness.
