The problem with many alcohol-free brews is that they often lack substance. They are bland, watered down and pale imitations of real beer and they have no rough edges, no character. At least that’s how it used to be. Today, more and more talented brewers are taking on the topic and have significantly advanced the development of new techniques. There are now special yeasts that do not produce any alcohol during fermentation, so that the alcohol does not have to be removed from the brew afterwards. And there is no longer just alcohol-free Pils, but a whole range of different creations that cover every taste.

The experts for classic wheat beers of all kinds have come up with a strong, creamy and full-bodied wheat beer that lacks absolutely nothing except alcohol. Your beer pours into the glass a dark maroon with an ivory head and less than 0.5% ABV.
