The Lauterbach country man is not an easy customer: He only expects the best, he likes to enjoy the highest quality and taste is king. The mascot of the Lauterbacher brewery is based on a real person and is based on the gourmet Hans Dengler. The Bavarian was a regular guest in the Lauterbach pub and had a reputation for being particularly choosy. His spoiled palate preferred brews that were brewed with expertise and craftsmanship and ultimately brought him onto the Lauterbacher beer label. The brewery has set itself the high standard of beer lovers as a yardstick and asks itself with each new creation: "What would the Lauterbach countryman think of it?"

The beer connoisseur would certainly have been enthusiastic about the Natur Hell from Lauterbach: the bottom-fermented beer is natural and scores with a particularly full-bodied taste and an aroma composed of refreshing, hoppy and malty elements.

In the glass, the unfiltered light appears in a warm honey tone, which is clouded by a fine veil of yeast. A handful of froth sits on the beer and the seductive scent of spicy hay, freshly baked brioche, grain and lemon. The attack is sparkling before the hops and malt really kick in, bombarding the palate with notes of bread, grass, apricot and dry bitterness.
