The bottom-fermented beer is refined with the finest beans from Mexico: an exotic type of coffee from Oaxaca in Mexico was used, which is known for its exquisite taste of nougat, chocolate and plums. The precious commodity gives the beer an enticing scent of freshly roasted beans. The first sip goes one better and tickles the tongue with gentle coffee notes, which combine with grain, caramel and sparkling carbonic acid to create a perfect morning greeting.
